Devoted 2U Home Care has developed our very own Quality Assurance of Care Program to ensure that we are consistently delivering excellent customer service, quality and well-trained Caregivers, and quality in home care for all of our clients.
Our team prioritizes and concentrates on ensuring that each client and their families are satisfied with our senior care and Caregivers. The Care Managers routinely calls our senior clients to review care provision and see to it that we are properly updating changes in schedules, documenting feedback, and providing adequate support to family members. As part of the program, Care Managers schedule regular phone calls/emails to our seniors’ family members as well, so that care is always customized to ever changing needs. Care Managers also conduct supervisory visits periodically, to observe our Caregivers’ interaction with our clients.Visits from Care Managers may occur as often as every month.

We have a dedicated team here to deliver the highest quality of care. Your loved ones care is administered by a devoted team of care management professionals including expert care trainers, care managers, a committed office staff 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and most importantly a caregivers of the highest caliber. Our caregivers are committed, compassionate, highly trained and educated. Our caregivers go through an extensive hands on training along with specialized training through online courses. Our care team are trained to exceed expectations.
Our goal is to provide a superior customer experience
Our Quality Assurance of Care Program also monitors the satisfaction of our Caregivers and internal employees. Regularly, we ask our caretakers and employees to complete surveys in regards to their experience with Devoted 2U Home Care. We analyze this information and incorporate new ways to improve the way we train our staff, the benefits we provide them, and the overall culture of the company.
